At Core Pilates PT, we provide you with a strong foundation for everyday movement to help you move better. We use a blend of the gentle flow of Pilates along with Functional Fitness Training to help you move towards a more flexible and strong body.
We offer Matwork, Reformer Pilates and Strength training in a private studio environment.
Everyone’s body is different and responds to movement in different ways. There are many factors that can impact how we move and tuning into what your body can do today can help prepare for a better tomorrow.
At Core Pilates PT, we offer a small group Reformer Pilates & 1 on 1 training in a small private studio. We use a variety of training styles including the Reformer machine, Pilates Matwork exercises, & strength training. Each class offers a challenging workout with practical functional movements. These movements will utilise a large range of joint motion and stabilizing muscles helping to build a stronger and more balanced body.
Our small group Reformer classes are held with a maximum 3 people to ensure individual guidance & support. You have a choice of classes & times to choose from.
