Booking Classes

Pregnant clients are welcome up to 1st Trimester & then from 8 weeks postpartum with a GP clearance. Please speak with Kim direct PRIOR to commencing sessions.*

Reformer Starter - 50 minutes

For those new to Pilates Reformer, this is where your journey will begin. With these sessions, you will discover a range of Foundational exercises to demonstrate how the breath, core engagement & body awareness all play & an integral role in your Pilates sessions. Learn about safety & understand how the Reformer works with the assistance of Spring tension.

Reformer Control - 50 minutes

A full-body workout on where you will experience the versatility the Reformer has to offer. With mind & body working together you will develop a better connection to control your balance & coordination. Over time you may notice an improvement in your core strength, posture & alignment. A variety of exercises are used to develop muscle tone, strength & flexibility. A great class to improve your general fitness level & you will feel your muscles working!  If you have any injuries or conditions that may impact you please contact me PRIOR to booking to discuss if the class is suitable. 

Core Spring HIIT Circuit - 50 minutes

A high-intensity class using the reformer jumpboard to elevate your heart rate, with a combination of plyometric exercises, cardio, & core training. You will move outside your comfort zone with additional use props such as hand weights, pilates circle to challenge mind & body. You will work your entire body in this action packed class designed to make you sweat.

Not suitable for beginners or during pregnancy.

Private Studio & Online* Session 60 minutes*

A choice of training styles in 1 ON 1 session. These sessions will be specifically TAILORED TO YOU & your goals. You may want to learn more about working on the Reformer, improving your Core strength or your Functional fitness to help with your everyday movement. Please note all Private sessions require a 1 hour Health Consultation PRIOR to starting your program. This will determine how we plan your sessions & program.

Health consultation
$75 for 1 hour

Prior to ALL sessions, clients will need to participate in a health consultation where we will discuss your completed Pre Exercise Screen form , health history, goals, safety and use of equipment. Pregnant clients will need a clearance from a GP * and advise the instructor on the stage of their pregnancy.
